ZEST of STRONG: Zesty HIIT CLASS (8.45am) – Music sync

A great way to start your week with a a bit of sweat! High Intensity Interval Training Workouts are a real calorie burner class while strengthening your entire body. We will also take great care to finish with a full body relaxing stretching sequence, key for best results and recovery.
NEW in 2022: we bring music and beats to the burn and moves. We will warm up and have a first circuit with a Strong HIIT Nation section perfectly synced to the music, following by a classic ON – OFF Tabata dropping circuit (3 rounds – 40/20s/ 30/15s and 20/10s). This is the ideal workout for hitting your ultimate fitness goals and go to the next level.

it is a Ballet based fitness session for everyone who wants to shape their body in dance style. If lean shapely legs and a firm, lifted butt and core are what you are after then this class is for you. The class will be divided into two sections: First part will target your full body and your endurance levels with short, intense, balance standing section, followed by abs, core combination of moves on the matt to sculpt you further.

ZESTY POWER PILATE – FIT BALL
(9 am) – Studio/ Online Live
Deep full-body sculpting workout based on Pilate series movements. Suitable for beginners. It designed to tone your muscles, correct your posture, connect with your deepest muscles while make you feel lengthened.
Optional: Include a Zumba finishing sequence for additional cardio fun ( 5 routines). Matt, Resistance band or Pilate small ball to inject fun and challenge.
